Role Purpose:
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions, in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks.
- Research and resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation, prior to payment.
- Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments, if needed.
- Pay employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; prepare checks.
- Work closely to provide financial, clerical and administrative support to accounts receivable.
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintain historical records and assists with monthly closings.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
- Prepare Work Schedules and Instruct the Facility and/or Manufacturing Maintenance personnel for any Breakdown or Maintenance jobs.
- Prioritize to attend the Breakdowns as per need of Manufacturing Department.
- Prepare Master Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Schedule.
- Prepare Monthly Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Schedule and Monitor Completion in Timely Manner.

BS/MS in Business or related field preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years relevant experience preferred
Technical Competencies/Certifications/Licenses:
Technical Competencies:
- Follow cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), 21 Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 210, 211 and 1304.
- Follow the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) safety regulations.
- Follow all DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) guidelines
- Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting
- Great math skills
