Car Wash Site Manager

Company Profile:

We are a growing retail car wash program with multiple retail wash operations throughout the U.S. exclusively on military bases. Job Type: Full Time

Hours: Must be available during operating hours, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (this varies by season). 1 hour lunch

Starting Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

o Greeting customers with a smile and explaining wash package options.

o Upselling additional services when appropriate.

o Assisting customers with cash and credit card process.

o Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Vehicles:

o Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before

sending them into the wash area.

o Direct cars into the wash area.

o Provide wash prepping services to vehicles as purchased.

• Car Wash Facility Maintenance:

o Keeping wash bays clean and organized.

o Restocking cleaning supplies.

o Check and maintain vacuums.

o Monitoring functionality of car wash machinery and equipment

o Performing maintenance on car washing equipment as needed

o Cleaning the car wash facility, including taking out trash and removing

debris

o Maintenance of site grounds; daily debris pickup, trimming of landscape

area, etc.

• Office:

o Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

o Manage coins/tokens and cash.

o Complete timely deposits.

Skills

• Customer Service Skills.
• Good Verbal Communication.
• Lite Mechanical. Stronger mechanical skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical

Experience Requirements

• Mechanical experience a plus.
