Kwik Kar Wash & Automotive Center in Round Rock is looking to hire a Receptionist/Cashier
Duties:
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Processing Payments.
- Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop and calls customers as necessary.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the number of times customers spend on hold.
Qualifications:
- Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and employees while handling multiple tasks.
- Must have a valid driver's license.'
