Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and communicate oil level to other Teammates, Ensure tire pressure is checked and set to proper inflation, Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary, and Complete vehicle inspection.
- Perform industry standard services such as oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, wiper blade installation, battery replacement, tire rotations/replacement, and more!
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience through quality service and professional interaction.
- Assist guests by answering any questions and presenting additional service recommendations with integrity.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting facility for Guests and Teammates.
- Opening and Closing Center
- Managing Teammates
- Train and develop employees
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time.
- Perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
- You may need to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
- Need to have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (75) pounds.
- (Preferred) Certified Texas State Inspector - Additional compensation.
