ROLE OVERVIEW
This position supports Kwik Lok through continual movement of plastic in all stages of the manufacturing process. This position upholds the Kwik Lok Corporation philosophies through dedication to continuing improvement of quality, food safety, integrity, and hard work. This is an hourly, non-exempt position and reports directly to the Production Manager.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS
- Safely clean and maintain all scrap bins.
- Monitor all areas of the facility for any safety concerns that could result in injury. Report to Production Manager and/or Facility Maintenance.
- Keep the production floor clean and orderly
- Maintain and control slit plastic rolls for machine operators.
- Clean and maintain all plastic scrap, around the machines and under scrap bins.
- Date and organize all regrind material when taking to the extrusion building.
- Performs additional functions as needed/assigned for the good of the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Regularly bends, squats, reaches, kneels, sits, stands, and walks
- Constantly hearing, seeing, and talking
- Licensed to drive a forklift is a plus but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

- Starting wage: $15.00 an hour $.50 shift premium
- Insurance: Major medical, dental, vision and prescription plan after 60 days
- Retirement: 401K plan available after 90 days
- Paid Time Off: Paid holidays and paid sick days after 90 days
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday 4:00PM – 2:30AM
- Location: 1222 Ryan Road, New Haven, IN, 46774
- Work Environment: Office and manufacturing facility; Noise Level is 10dB in office, 85-95 dB in production
