Assistant Managers are responsible for the smooth operation of the store when the Store Manager in not present. Assistant Managers assist the Store Manager by completing all paperwork, deposits, ordering, scheduling and employee supervision when the Manager is off or in a time of transition when there is not an assigned Manager for the location. Assistant Managers will develop skills and knowledge through training to be able to move to a Store Manager position within the company when a position is available.
Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment for the store, following company guidelines, operating all assigned equipment safely and efficiently, completing all store task and duties assigned by management, being timely and punctual with attendance, and maintaining personal grooming and appearance at all times.
