Kwik Trip, Inc’s Information Technology Retail Services (ITRS) department is seeking a self-motivated Systems Analyst 1 to join our team in a fast-paced environment.  The primary responsibility of this position will be the ongoing administration and support of endpoints and devices at all of Kwik Trip’s retail stores.  A focus will be building new and maintaining existing automations and support applications.  This position requires coding in various languages to accomplish administrative and support tasks.

 

Regular duties include but are not limited to: 

• Administering 10K remote Windows & Linux devices
• Automating Windows endpoint administration tasks using new or existing tools
• Creating new and maintaining existing support applications and processes
• Assisting in the testing of new systems
• Updating existing vendor supplied software.
• Providing third level support for our stores
• Documenting new and existing processes

 

Skill Qualifications: 

Candidates should possess the following:

• An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college, or equivalent work experience in an Information Technology related field
• Experience supporting/administering Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 and Ubuntu Linux
• Experience with VBScript, PowerShell, C#, SQL, and bash
• Experience with administering application control software on endpoints is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record

 

Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods of time; work 8 hour shifts; lift up to 30 lbs.

 

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week, between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, or as needed to perform duties. At times, this position is required to perform some job duties during non-work hours.  Overtime may be required. Rotating on call.
