KwiKom is seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Administrator with expertise in administration of the HubSpot CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Administer day to day operations of the HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize the HubSpot UI for each team's individual needs while maintaining a consistent experience across the environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external Software Development teams to perform systems integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, implement, and maintain workflows and automation with a focus on efficiency of workflows.
- Collaborate with internal Report Writer to implement report requests.
- Perform system data maintenance such as duplication checking and resolution and error checking.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of HubSpot, providing guidance on improved functionality which can be leveraged to improve system performance and usability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HubSpot Administration
- Two years’ experience in HubSpot Administration
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, customer service, and customer engagement processes.
- Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- HubSpot certification(s) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISP or Telecommunications Industry
