Responsibilities
- Craft insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully seal deals.
- Engage with our enthusiastic leads.
- Foster robust client relationships and provide timely follow-ups when required.
- Proficiently assess prospects' needs and pinpoint sales prospects.
- Build and manage a comprehensive database of existing and potential clientele.
- Articulate and showcase the advantages of our services effectively.
- Stay abreast of developments in competing products and services.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Embrace an atmosphere of camaraderie and competition while enjoying the journey with our vibrant team!
Requirements
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is highly advantageous.
- While insurance experience is a plus, it's not mandatory.
- Demonstrated history of trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct is essential.
- A coachable mindset is a must.
- Proficiency in communication, including exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills, is required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
