Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Painter to join our team. As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects, managing a team of painters, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by pressure washing, scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces
- Coordinate and supervise a team of painters
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Proficiency in drywall repair and finishing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
