Summary: As Crunch Fitness Swansea’s Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and engagement of our brand across various platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, analyze metrics to optimize performance, and interact with our audience to build relationships and foster community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including posts, images, videos, and stories, aligned with the brand's voice, tone, and objectives.

Social Media Management: Regularly update and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity. Schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our audience to build relationships and increase brand awareness.

Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our followers and fans by initiating conversations, answering inquiries, and addressing feedback or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a positive and engaging online community around our brand.

Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns and promotions to support marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and other relevant activities.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media efforts. Generate regular reports on performance insights, trends, and audience demographics to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Stay Updated on Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Provide recommendations for new strategies, tools, and tactics to optimize our social media presence and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising concepts is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn and grow professionally.


Schedule and Compensation: This position is part-time, with flexible hours. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
