The HR Generalist will support the execution and implementation of our people and culture initiatives. This is a forward-facing role, with exposure to many aspects of Human Resources, and other corporate teams. The successful candidate will be an outgoing self-starter, customer-oriented, problem-solver with the desire to grow their career within the Human Resources profession.

Responsibilities

       Support the deployment of the new Direct Operations Compensation Program and complete tasks by the required deadlines.

       Administer the regional budget approval (RINGI) processing and coordinate with Corporate HR.

       Contribute to the development of new HR systems, processes, and operations to ensure greater efficiencies.

       Compliance audits for data entries into our HRIS system, HR Planner Board and Employee files.

       Serves as primary reporting responsibility for all HRIS-related scheduled and ad hoc reporting (i.e. headcount reports, organization charts, etc.).

       Acts as program leader for internal Ops and EX processes, including employee recognition, internal communication, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, internship, and other transformation projects as assigned.  

       Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, and technologies.

       Collaborates well with all HR disciplines (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, etc.) to ensure synergies between all functions.

       Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all company policies and processes.

       Create and maintain SOPs.

       Manage sensitive and confidential information.

       Works closely with the Director of Human Resources on special projects.

       Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

     Minimum of 4 years related experience.

     Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

     Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality and manage competing priorities.

     Tech savvy, with an aptitude to quickly pick up on new systems and processes.

     Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

     Outgoing and personable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     Motivation to grow your career by taking ownership of your role.

     Experience working through an HR Transformation.

     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

     Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

 

Preferred:

     Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

     Experience working with a Case Management Tool

     Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now

     PHR, aPHR or SHRM-CP Certifications a plus!
