We are currently seeking a summer intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with the Manufacturing Team. This position is a paid, temporary internship eligible to juniors or seniors within a commutable distance of Cary, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
Our Manufacturing Intern works on meaningful activities that provide opportunities for personal and professional development, while contributing to Kyowa Kirin NA’s plans to design and construct a biologics manufacturing facility. The project is in the early design phase. The intern will work with the future manufacturing site leader and the design team to move the project through the next phases including detailed design.

- This position requires candidates to be a rising Junior or rising Senior pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Candidates are required to live within a commutable distance of Cary, North Carolina
- The ability to work 4 days per week on site at the facility design firm’s office
- Interns are required to be able to work from May 27th, 2025 to August 15th, 2025
- This position requires a minimum GPA of 3.0
- This position requires that candidates be able to work in the United States on a permanent and on-going basis without sponsorship
