Kyros is a venture-backed Minneapolis-based start-up that has built the world’s first recovery management platform. Our platform provides instant, centralized access to resources, provider care, and peer support for individuals suffering from substance use disorder.
Position Summary: The Compliance Analyst ensures that the operations and procedures of the organizations meet government and industry compliance standards.
This position requires a Twin Cities based location and ability to work onsite at the Kyros HQ in downtown Minneapolis ~4 days/week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Researches applicable compliance regulations and policies.
- Evaluates internal operations and procedures for compliance.
- Analyzes and updates existing policies and related documentation.
- Communicates compliance policies to Management and departments.
- Develops new policies and procedures as needed.
- Applies for certifications and approvals.
- Develops and maintains compliance recordkeeping.
- Assists with provided training to employees on compliance requirements.
- Maintains communication with regulators and following up on applications.
- Keeps up with requirements and amendments to regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Healthcare experience preferred. 2 - 3 years of compliance experience.
