Description
Rebuild and maintain the organization's Document Management System (DMS), create and manage controlled documents, and lead the document approval process. Coordinate internal audits to ensure compliance to company procedures and external regulations. Facilitate external audits and the process to attain ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 certifications.
Rebuilds and maintains internal Document Management System (DMS)
Established and manages document control process
Creates and facilitates the creation of controlled documents for all critical process
Coordinates the effort to attain company's ISO certification, to include such tasks as audits, gap analysis, tracking, and reporting
Leads effort to capture and document standard business practices including process mapping
Publishes and implements related QA and EHS procedures
Implements standardized reporting formats, standard work, work instructions, and KPI's
Supports management with quality records and database information
Performs internal DMS audits and is the company's leader for external audits
Requirements
College degree in related field, such as Business, Project Management, or Engineering and 2 or more years related experience is preferred
or high school diploma or GED and 5 or more years related expereience
Must have a concise and clear writing style, free from spelling and grammatical errors, able to capture complex processes and convey them in an understandable format
Possess a high level, have ability to multi-task. Be team oriented. Possess discipline in processes and procedures. Able to work with minimal supervision.
Must have basic computer skills to include SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, and Visio
