Kyverna is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team developing novel and innovative engineered T cell-based therapies for autoimmune diseases. The ideal candidate will contribute to our goals of navigating what’s next in immunology while living our core values: Bring Intellectual Rigor, Elevate Each Other, and Stay True To Why.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join the T Cell Engineering Group and produce novel, engineered T cells for research evaluation. The scientist will manufacture and track batches of candidate T Cell therapies. You will be responsible for the isolation of input cells, activation, transduction and expansion of engineered T Cells, and preparation of the cells for subsequent experimentation. You will work together with other scientists to QC cell products and track quality attributes of the engineered cells. The role will require close coordination with fellow scientists to ensure timely delivery of cell products for ex vivo and in vivo assays.
