Logistics Analyst with Abbott

6 Months Contract with (Possibility to Extend)

Location; Abbott Park, IL 60045

· 0-3 years of experience.

· Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.

· Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.

· Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

· The position also requires knowledge in Creating Porforma Invoices, Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B, Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, Filing Shippers Export Declarations, Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Logistics Coordinating/Assistance, Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices, SOP Creation and Auditing

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $22.49 - $27.09 per hour
