JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are an expanding company seeking a Structural Assessor (Construction Sales Estimator) to
join our talented team. The responsibilities of the Structural Assessor position include attending
scheduled appointments to investigate, diagnose and propose solutions for various scopes such
as earthquake retrofitting/bolting, foundation repairs and replacements, floor leveling, above and
below-grade drainage system upgrades, waterproofing, hillside failures, retaining walls,
caissons, and soft-story retrofits. The role requires physical capability to crawl under homes and
navigate steep hillside slopes.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess knowledge in this specific field
(structural repairs) and demonstrate proven job experience, preferably having previously served
as a Structural Project Supervisor or Structural Assessor.
SALARY RANGE:
Average salary can range from $67,000 to $150,000 per year (based on commissions)
