Restaurant Dishwasher

Responsibilities:
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
• Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and load them into the dishwasher.
• Wash pots and pans either by hand or using the dishwasher.
• Dispose of trash and garbage in the designated dumpster area.
• Clean work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment, and floors.
• Ensure guest tables and areas are cleaned according to sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• May assist with some Prep Cook duties as trained and assigned.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write.
• Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
