About Us:

L'Artisane Bakery & Bistro, a premier destination for French bakery and bistro dining, is seeking a Front of House Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests through effective team leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily FOH operations, including guest service, staffing, and efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and manage FOH staff to uphold service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the BOH to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the dining area.
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a FOH Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of best practices in service excellence.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
