The JOB:

Our Guest Experience Coordinator has the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Guest Experience Coordinator proudly showcases our hotel, amenities and surroundings with the goal of providing seamless and exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing Concierge services, amenity requests, pre-arrival communication, checking guests in/out of the hotel and answering phones. This position is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!


YOU:

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Concierge requires skills such as patience, empathy and a desire to take care of others.

Requirements

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills

Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment
