What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineer (Census) position at L B & B ASSOCIATES INC?
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking an Engineer to oversee its contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services at the Census Headquarters in the Suitland MD area. Working schedule for this position: Tuesday through Saturday: 7:00am-3:00pm
- Qualified candidates should possess and be capable of maintaining, a DC 3rd or MD 1st Stationary Engineer License.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years journeyperson level experience as a Stationary Engineer.
- Must have prior experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, Life Safety Systems, Utility Services, Electrical Power Distribution and Plumbing/Facility Maintenance.
Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
