Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting, carpentry, and remodeling projects.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brush, roller, or spray gun
- Perform basic carpentry work including fixture installation and masonry repairs
- Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy in painting and construction tasks
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience in masonry work for repairs and installations
- Knowledge of carpentry to assist in building and remodeling projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction painting or related field
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
