Customer Service Representative

We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Corporate Office, in Manlius, NY.
In this position you will work directly with our dealers (B2B).
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Proficient in the operations of computers and multi-line phones systems.
Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptable to multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and a high degree of accuracy with clerical duties.
