Position: Grocery Assistant Team Lead

If so, L'OCA Quality Market is looking for you!As the Grocery Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing all areas of team members. You will champion the principles of Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love while ensuring that all aspects of daily operations are handled efficiently and effectively.Some of your primary duties include monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets; maintaining proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control; and ensuring adherence to all Food Safety standards. You will also select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to ensure that they deliver exceptional customer service always.To be successful in this role, you must have a Proserve License, advanced knowledge of products, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Emails, and operations-related applications. You should also have at least 12 months of retail experience, including 6 months of team leadership experience.But most importantly, you must have a great sense of humor!
