Job Responsibilities:

Communication:

• Account Liaison w/Acct Teams setting up quarterly meetings to resets

Pre-Planning

• Submit Planogram Request Forms / find and correct set size discrepancies
• Forecast New/Remodel Doors & space change kits
• Attend BDP's w/Sales Teams in order to plan for new item initiatives
• Complete Reset Timing Survey and update reset dates by retailer
• Review Fixture Rollout Schedule - update Cat Man
• Party

JPA Tours

- Map stores, create floor plans, pre-order fixtures, write orders, prepare stores for tour

Reset Administration

• Review/Update Load Log Reports
• Submit Planogram Vendor Files/PDF

• Party Reset Schedule w/Acct. Teams and provide to retailers
• Party - review reset progress, issue resolution, budget compliance

• Party and Retailers w/Replacement Parts Order Form & Fixture Manuals
• Conduct Time & Motion studies and provide hour per foot estimates to 3rd party

Budgets

• Provide 3rd Part cost estimates for seasonal resets by retailer
• Party, manage within hours budget
• Party invoices w/Nick Teta

Fixtures

• Order Spring/Fall Update Kits, Time & Motion Kits/Track & monitor shipments
• Manage/Order New and Remodels walls and space kits
• Manage inventory and order for Ulta/Kroger new store & remodel fixtures thru Converge WHSE.
• Order and track electronic replacement parts orders w/Match/Conv. thru ProPak portal
• Request and provide weights & measures for WHSE accounts Ulta, HEB, Ahold, Kroger
• Order Time & Motion kits for accounts, update mock room fixtures
• Party on new seasonal update kits and wall initiatives for Eclipse, System 2000, and Urban walls

Qualifications:

- Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability and able to work independent

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $98200-$137500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
