Assistant Vice President Global Marketing
POSITION PURPOSE
The AVP, Global Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy of the Face and Lip categories, Including: innovation pipe, product development, packaging, brand communication and the 360 consumer journey activation —across all touch-points.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for delivering a detailed 3-year product innovation plan.
- Create 360 creative activation plans for all yearly launches.
- Develop a strong partnership with the development and lab teams to create breakthrough formulas and products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including, Creative, E-Comm, GBD and Merchandising, to create robust, business-driving campaigns.
- Communicate launch plans and strategies to international regions/markets.
- Manage briefings/relationships with agencies and vendors for campaigns not executed in-house.
- Collaborate with Social and Digital to ensure digital-first campaigns.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry, specifically in global marketing

- Product development/formula sensitivity
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
