Supply Chain Data Analyst - E-Commerce
Job Summary:
L’Oréal is in search of a Supply Chain Data Analyst with project manager experience interested in driving Amazon ecommerce supply chain across L’Oréal’s 4 divisions.
Operating under an agile model, your role as a Supply Chain Data Analyst will be to leverage your Business Intelligence and Analytics expertise to drive a cross-functional team of business stakeholders, analysts, data scientists , and engineers with a key goal to develop capabilities for L’Oréal to support and grow the rapidly evolving channel.
The ideal candidate has experience managing or leading enterprise analytics & strategy and knowledge of eCommerce/ retail businesses. This role requires excellent cross-functional relationship management and the ability to understand multiple business questions and use cases at a time, defining requirements and leading the product team to build the solution. This is also a visible role to senior levels of the organization and will require strong presentation and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead/Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on product evolution, adoption of capabilities, to build and adapt features that will increase usability and measurable business impact
Processing, filtering and presenting insights around large data sets
Creating automated metrics using complex databases
Researching root causes of issues, to identify process breakdowns and provide insight on potential solutions
Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
Lead projects & deliver initiatives as holistic leader across multiple business & technical groups
Collaborate to drive vision & roadmap to win in ecommerce Amazon supply chain in the US & globally
Actively owns and prioritizes the scope making real-time adjustments as necessary to identify quick win milestones and continuous improvement objectives.
Ability to partner with internal/external groups to drive and to measure user adoption of these best-in-class tools

Weekly/Monthly reporting on top performing SKUs, OOS Management and inventory discrepancies by Node by Function

2. Project/Initiative Management Cross Functional in E-Commerce to improve Cost, Cash, & Service in end-to-end supply chain

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
1 to 4 years’ work experience in Supply Chain, Retail or Allocation, e-commerce supply chain preferred
Advanced user of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, able to manipulate and create charts and pivot tables
Project Management experience in cross functional business environment
E-Commerce CPG/Retail background and thorough understanding of how to answer business questions/challenges through data with clear sense of the value added.
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication/presentation skills; ability to influence cross functional groups
Strong bias for action and seeing things through to completion and business application.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a rigorous timeline & Deliver High Quality
Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Passion for fast moving transformation roles; passion for making concrete business impacts
Demonstrated experience with running complex projects across a matrixed organization
Ability to execute in the short term while looking around corners to design for the future.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence
