Responsibilities The Automotive Sales Manager/Closer manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. Ensure sales goals are attained Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff Ensure sales people are engaging with customers Address and resolve customer concerns Qualifications Previous Automotive Sales Management experience a plus Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI Strong communication and customer engagement skills Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($121,200.00 to $219,600.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
