Previous Dealership BDC experience is a plus. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude, and are customer focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. Who are we looking for? Automotive Service BDC is plus Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service Outstanding follow-up skills Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls Strong communication skills –both verbal and written Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency Highly organized with attention to detail The expected pay range for this position is ($15.13 to $17) (Hourly) plus incentives to be discuss with the hiring manager. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
