Job Description:

  • Support the Project Controls functions on Electronic Attack Business Area including Compass Call within the Program Finance organization. Tasks are performed in conjunction with program managers and functional managers, plus mentoring of less senior Project Controls staff.
  • Generate financial reporting packages and provide counsel to program managers on variances.
  • Baseline development and maintenance, performance management and estimate at complete development and analysis.
  • Implement, monitor, report and analyze program budget and/or schedule.
  • Perform earned value management including implementation, maintenance, reporting and analysis.
  • Organize cost and/or schedule data for monthly program reviews.
  • Prepare and monitor funding plans labor and subcontract/material/ODC forecast plans.
  • Compile and analyze data for Monthly Forecast Review including orders, sales, operating income, and cash.
  • Prepare ETC/EAC estimates from program staff input.
  • Participate in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial/schedule meetings.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Effective communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience;
  • Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
  • In depth knowledge and experience in utilizing business principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with earned value management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and embrace diversity contributions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills including Excel modeling.
