Job Summary:
Familiar with LCDF protocols, policies and procedures. Responsible for professionally responding to all clinical, administrative or access inquires. The Representative is responsible for a large volume of calls in regards to patient care needs. Representative will be scheduling in a timely matter, answering calls, requesting refills and referrals, while keeping the company’s core values in mind. Location: Las Cruces. Offsite remote work possible after 90 days.

- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and medical office experience in appointment scheduling and extensive public contact work, specifically through telephones preferred, with a minimum of one year in a clerical position.
- Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
