Job Summary:
The clinical supervisor provides clinical oversight to the BMSICCSS program providing Mrvice1 to children, adolescents and adults. The clinical supervisor will provide services as needed to individuals and/or families. Clinical supervisor will work with BMS/CCSS team towards the development and management of the program. The clinical ,supervisor will provide overview and support of the programs quality performance, compliance, and clinical practices. Clinical supervisor will provide clinical supervisor of all staff in program in conjunction with program manager(s). Clinical supervisor will be responsible for the overview of training and documentation oversight of program and ensure program compliance to all regulatory bodies.
Core Competencies:
• Shall be able to demonstrate through documentation:
o A graduate degree from an accredited college or university program in one of the following fields: social work, clinical psychology, family studies, marriage and family therapy, guidance and counseling or another human services related field;
o Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of training relevant to the position, per year.
• Excellent and experienced management and leadership skills and abilities.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Meets specified deadlines, and manages time effectively
• Exhibit skills in comprehending, interpreting and completing delegated tasks efficiently

Job Requirements:
- Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist).
- Have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Have a minimum of two years working with SMI/SED populations
