Looking for a driven and dedicated individual to motivate staff and improve the club's overall performance.
Job Details:
You will hire, train and develop employees from a diverse applicant pool by creating a clean, fun and friendly environment. This is done through training and motivating employees, resolving all membership issues, updating past-due accounts, managing payroll and supply budgets, and upholding company standards.
A typical work week consists of 40 hours, Monday-Friday.
Pay/Annual Salary: $18/hour plus commission and bonuses. The first year's expected annual pay range is between $40,000-$50,000.
Job Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required
- 1 year of management preferred, but not required
