What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Team Member position at LA Fitness?
I am looking for highly motivated individual who have a passion for fitness, teachable mindset, and great attitude!
This is a Sales and Marketing position. No experience is needed! We teach everything in the gym and a lot of it is hands on. Daily sales training topics are taught and we also teach a lot of product knowledge when it comes to overall fitness and health.
Responsibilities:
1. Must be over 18
2. Sell memberships/Generate memberships
3. Make calls to potential members and setup times to come in to tour facility
4. Showcase the gym and build value with product knowledge about fitness
5. Generate extra memberships through referrals and outside marketing
6. Help keep gym clean with doing walkthroughs of gym
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,415.00 - $3,500.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
No vaccines or masks are required. Staff, members, and guests can wear them. We also provide sanitation stations for members to wipe down equipment before and after use.

- Renton, WA 98057: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
