LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Operations Manager. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration). Responsibilities of Operations Managers include:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
- Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience.

- At least a 4-year college degree.
- Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus.
- Customer service skills.
- Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts.
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be courteous and tactful.
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Highly organized
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- This position if full time with benefits. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am - 6 pm and Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
