Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Admissions and Chart Auditor. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the admissions process, including conducting initial intake paperwork, orienting new clients, and coordinating next steps with operations or clinical staff.
• Review and audit patient charts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with clinicians and other staff members to address documentation deficiencies and provide education on proper documentation practices.
• Generate reports and analysis on audit findings, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• ***RADT, SUDRC, RAC REQUIRED*** This position requires (at least) the entry level registration as you will be providing care and working within client charts. CADC, SUDRC, or CATC are of course welcome to apply as well!
• **Minimum of 1 year experience in substance use or mental health field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
