RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and retain strong client relationships
- Open and close store including related duties
- Track and log relevant KPI’s
- Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations of running store
- Engage with brands on in-store event opportunities, facilitate cross promotion through brand knowledge and enthusiasm
- Helping to coordinate, monitor and report on daily operations
- Help supervise and train employees
- Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
- Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies
- Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sense of style
- 3 years retail experience
- Existing client base required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
PAY RATE: $28-$34/hr Commission (based on experience & qualifications)
