As a Laboratory Scientist, you will analyze samples for various compounds and components, run assays, and perform data analysis and QC data in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory agency guidelines. Common duties include but are not limited to;
Conducts routine and non-routine sample analysis in compliance with GLP applicable methods
Document work properly and maintain study documentation and laboratory records.
Recognizes deviations from expected results and notifies line management.
Operates equipment/instrumentation in accordance with appropriate SOPs.
Effectively plans assigned workload on a daily basis
Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment.
Contributes to a cohesive team environment. Plans individual workload in coordination with team members.
Experience/Education/Qualifications
BA/BS in biology, molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, or a related field, experience may be substituted for education.
Highly prefer candidates with experience in immunoassays, especially ELISA or Plate Based
Prefer candidates with flow cytometry experience
Preferred but not required mammalian cell culture experience
Prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience performing ELISA including developing novel assays
