Programmer/Analyst

We are seeking a Programmer/Analyst with a strong UI/UX background.

Department: Laboratory Systems

Senior level skill set required to analyze laboratory processes and needs to design, construct, and develop user interfaces using the latest versions (11 ) of Angular. Will be responsible for cross-training and coordinating sharing of Angular modules / components across teams and standardizing the UI within lab systems projects.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with development teams in an agile process on large complex projects

• Interact with laboratory users to analyze, design, and create enterprise capable systems

• Process engineering

• Digital Thinking / Digital Transformation

• Design optimized UIs conforming to company branding requirements

• Develop wireframe prototypes

• Provide support and troubleshooting of production systems as required

• Appropriately document style /implementation guides

• Coach and train team members across the lab systems organization to support and develop Angular applications

Required Skills and Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience developing rich interactive user interfaces for web applications for consumers and enterprises.

• Healthcare and/or Clinical Toxicology experience is a plus.

• Expert knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3

• Expert knowledge in TypeScript development

• Expert knowledge with the latest Angular frameworks (11 and higher)

• Hands-on experience with Node.js/NPM, Bootstrap, or similar framework

• Experience with UI/UX prototyping tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication / documentation skills

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with mainstream Java web, .Net, or Node.js frameworks is a plus

• Understanding of modern deployment architectures using containers, API Gateways, load balancers, and AWS cloud based environments
