REMOTE Revenue and Billing Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Provide research support to policy analysts.
  • Support policy bulletin process; assist with Specialist questions, bulletin tracking, escalation responsibility, and customer focused process changes.
  • Assist policy analysts with launch of new policy processes; responsible for monitoring and up keep after launch.
  • Assist policy analysts in policy summarization; independent lead on small scope policy summarizations.
  • Research policy system processes for opportunities.
  • Data gathering and preliminary analytics.

Required Skills:

  • Root cause analysis
  • Search engine logic
  • Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
  • Change adaptability
  • Proficient organizational skills
  • Maintain concurrent projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Medical billing experience; laboratory or telehealth billing a plus.
  • LabCorp specific process knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of defect identification and measurement coupled with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools.

Pay Range: 40-50K

Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.  For more detailed information, please click here
