LabCorp is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be the point person for all medical billing for clients in Kansas and Kansas City. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service & motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Work Location: Remote work is available

Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
- Support Internal and External Sales Teams
- Point person for all Medical billing
- Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
- Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
- Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
- Work closely with all sales partners
- Continuously provide educational material to the client base
- Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
- Special projects/Initiatives
- Provide administrative support to clients and team members
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
