As a Sample Disposition Coordinator in Madison, WI, you are part of a cohesive team and will perform independent office duties associated with the coordination of the disposition of samples following the completion of studies for the Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions sites. This includes a high volume of communication with Study Directors, Principal Investigators, Clients and the Sample Management team members.
Candidates given best consideration will have the following experience/skills:
- Laboratory and/or Scientific background
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to maintain client and business confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize individual workloads and responsibilities
Schedule: Full-time, day shift with flexibility to work between the hours of 6:00am-6:00pm M-F.
