Assist Finance Department with daily work specific to Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable as well as month-end tasks supporting operational financial reporting and
reconciliation. Administrative and office support activities for the facility in
Moultrie, GA will also be required.

Full Job Description
Purpose:
Assist Finance Department with daily work specific to Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable as well as month-end tasks supporting operational financial reporting and
reconciliation. Administrative and office support activities for the facility in
Moultrie, GA will also be required.
Duties:
- Process Accounts Payable vouchers for payment per agreed terms
- Administer Accounts Receivable remittances from customers
- Support accounting related requirements from operations
- Post month-end journal entries
- Execute general ledger account reconciliations
- Provide facility administration support as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail, high organization skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Able to demonstrate basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of management
