What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Labor Rocket?
Shift: 2nd shift Tue – Fri 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Pay: $55,000-70,000/year 5% annual bonus & Straight OT after 45 hour
Goal/ Objective of Position:
- This position will provide a wide variety of general building and equipment maintenance repairs and services for Production
- This includes all preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance requirements
- All PLC controls and communications functions, including trouble shooting, program editing and repairs
- Troubleshooting and repairs of Vision Inspection Systems
- Troubleshooting and repairs of DC Torque Control System
- Interface with Production IT department to ensure smooth system performance and enhancements
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot secondary high and low voltage electrical systems
- Provide assistance to mechanical installations as directed
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Fanuc robotics – This plant has Fanuc robotics and high voltage welding equipment
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Automotive experience
Must-Have Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with high-voltage electrical equipment
