Labor Rocket has a great Production Shift Supervisor opportunity in the Brighton, MI area. We are seeking individuals with Automotive Manufacturing Experience in a supervisory role.
All shifts available
$30/hr and up depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily activities of production. Accountable for safety, productivity, operating efficiencies, policies, and procedure adherence.
- Responsible for employee performance. Serve as a resource to team members, providing them with guidance and clarification of work activities. Accountable for coaching, mentoring, training, and leading the production team.
- Managing resources and decision-making for equipment, time, and people.
- Strive for continuous improvement and achievement for all employees.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Hands-on process manufacturing experience.
- Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
