Laborie Medical Technologies is currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

 

Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager purpose is to meet/exceed company revenue targets through the activities of their sales representatives. The Regionals Sales Manager is responsible for motivating and advising their representatives to improve their performance by effective planning, setting sales goals, effective coaching of team members, and working cross functionally with other departments. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Sr. Director, Sales.



How you contribute:

    • Responsible for regional sales team; creates and executes comprehensive strategies to exceed sales objectives
    • Creates and executes effective strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
    • Has in-depth functional expertise and broad business knowledge, as well as deep territory knowledge and customer relationships.
    • Develops value-added solutions that meet customer business needs and shares key learnings with others.
    • Develops broad influence through a robust set of internal/external relationships across the organization; promotes win-win outcomes within, among and across teams, using the diverse perspectives of others to achieve results.
    • Creates challenging roles and responsibilities to build organization capabilities and fill capability gaps.
    • Inspires others to exceed expectations and objectives on a daily basis.
    • Manages resources to ensure sales and financial objectives are met, leveraging knowledge of competitive advantage and profit drivers.
    • Anticipates internal/external business issues to align priorities, strategies and tactics.
    • Develops relationships with key internal/external customers to exceed sales objectives and to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
    • Influences customer and/or organizational leadership through effective listening and communication to exceed objectives Meet or exceed sales objectives assigned as quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Demonstrate proficiency with device and treatment alternatives.
    • Represent Laborie at trade shows and events as assigned.
    • Recruit, hire trains, and manage regional representatives.
    • Conducts field visits with regional representatives on a regular basis; recommendation is to spend a minimum of 2 days in the field with each independent representative on a quarterly basis.
    • Conduct regional meetings with the cooperation of Sales Leadership on an annual basis (at a minimum).
    • Attend Laborie meetings as requested or assigned.



    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
    • At least two years Sales Management of direct or independent sales representative experience required, 5 years preferred.
    • 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience required, healthcare or business to business sales experience preferred.
    • Ability to travel 75% of time (based on candidate’s location).
    • Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills.
