Janitorial Floor Care / Projects

Schedule : Part Time Monday-Friday 7 AM Noon

Daily Job Tasks :

LACOSTA is looking for a dedicated team player who is a self- starter but can also take direction well in a GMP pharmaceutical setting.

Job Requirements :

  • Must have clear handwriting.
  • Must have experience on all general housekeeping tasks
  • REQUIRES OPERATING A WALK BEHIND AUTO SCRUBBER AND WAREHOUSE CLEANING AS WELL AS GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES.
  • GMP cleaning including documentation of tasks and daily floor sanitation
  • Floor Care, Buffing, Auto Scrubbing, Carpet Cleaning, Floor Scrub and Finish.
  • Experienced in floor care. Operating Auto Scrubber, Scrubbing / Waxing tile, Floor tile buffing, carpet care- Spot cleaning, Bonnet cleaning and extraction.
  • Detail project work and General Housekeeping duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Must be able to attend virtual and classroom sessions, as required.
  • Be able to have clea,r accurate record keeping documentation in logs of floor, door, glass cleaning.
  • Must possess work history in cleaning field
  • In addition, the important job duties include routine building cleaning, including trash removal; mopping, window cleaning;

dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping; cleaning lavatories; moving and setting up furniture and equipment; and policing grounds for litter.

Must be able to clean 6,500 square feet per hour, which includes walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending and lifting.

This high-profile position requires the ability to pass background check requirements including a drug screen and have the ability to lift 40lbs individually.
