L.eading a team of Business Process Experts and partnering closely with the IT team and business leaders, the Director of Project Management ensures enterprise changes are successfully executed on time, within budget, with limited disruption and that lasting benefits are achieved.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Facilitates planning and communication between the Global Lactalis Core Model Team, the US IT Team, and the business to ensure clarity and alignment on project strategy, goals, and execution
- Formulates and gains approval for overall program plans in consultation with senior management and stakeholders
- Partners with development team members to drive accountability of program-project tasks and deliverables
- Manages the BPO team to ensure business engagement and input throughout the project: realization, design, training, testing, go-live preparation and post-go-live support
- Manages program budgets generates forecasts and tracks actuals against forecasts
- Monitors progress to plan and implements corrective actions or contingencies as needed to maintain commitments
- Provides management with regular program status, variances to plan, and identification of corrective actions
- Works closely with functional management to gain resource commitments and resolve issues
- Ensures the human aspects of change are managed in such a way that enterprise changes are smoothly and successfully implemented and lasting benefits are achieved.
- Ensures program team activities and decisions are clearly communicated and documented
Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field
- 10 years of experience working in a large business environment; food industry or CPG preferred
- Management/participation in SAP implementation projects, SAP S4 HANA experience preferred
- Experience in multiple project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt best practices to specific business contexts
