What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Customer Service Representative position at Ladd's?
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage customer accounts, including updating information and processing payments
- Supervise and train new customer service representatives as needed
-Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
-Manage mobile service
-Manage Transportation (pickup & delivery of equipment) consisting of 4 drivers
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in automotive service
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Leadership qualities and the ability to work well within a team
